Introducing the Veeqo Scanner

How does the Veeqo Scanner work?

1. Head to the orders section on your scanner.

2. Click pick orders.

3. Choose which items to pick for the orders you wish to fulfill. If you have barcodes saved against your products in Veeqo, then you can scan your barcodes to confirm pick or manually confirm that the items are picked by tapping the screen.

4. The default batch size for picking will be 10 orders (up to a maximum of 20 items) e.g. if there are 5 orders with 4 line items in each order then that particular batch will be capped at 5 orders.

5. Once you have picked all items within the order batch, the orders will be marked as picked and you will see the batch complete screen. The picked items can now be packed and shipped!

Optimize your picking routes using Veeqo's bin locations

Veeqo will sort the products for you to pick or count in order of the bin locations you enter, helping your team find the right product for the order faster.

Example 1

If I have products with the bin locations 0001 and 0010 in an order, the product with location 0001 will be picked first.



Example 2

If I have products with locations 2 and 11 in an order, 11 will show first as the 1 in the first “column” will take priority, in order to prevent this you would need to input 2 as 02
